BREAKTHROUGH DEVOTION. NOVEMBER 3rd 2025.

TOPIC: BREAKING THE CURSE OF FINANCIAL EMBARGO. PART 4. 

BIBLE TEXT: HAGGAI 2:8. 
“The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts”

Today, we shall examine the causes of financial embargo and they are as thus:- 

1. Ancestral or Generational Curses:- Poverty, debts, or financial struggles may run through family lines. Example: A grandfather dies poor, the father dies poor, and the son is repeating the same pattern.

2. Evil Covenants and Dedications:- Involvement with occult groups, shrines, or family idols can bring financial bondage.

3. Spiritual Robbers and Devourers:- 

* Malachi 3:11 — “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sake…”
* Demonic forces steal through wrong associations, addictions, or unnecessary expenditures.

4. Disobedience and Lack of Covenant Practice:- Financial embargo may result from breaking divine principles — refusal to tithe, give, or sow.

5. Household Enemies:- Sometimes the enemy is not far away. Domestic witchcraft powers can monitor and close one’s financial gate.

6. Curses from Labour Without Rest:-

Haggai 1:6 — “Ye have sown much, and bring in little…”

This is the curse of profitless labour — working, but nothing to show for it.

If you are ready to pray, join me to pray the following prayers:- 

1. O Lord, connect me to destiny helpers that matter!

2. Every barrier standing between me and financial increase, crumble!

3. I decree open doors of contracts, jobs, and favour!

4. I speak life into my finances — no more dryness!

5. Every power assigned to dry up my resources, die!

6. I receive divine ideas that will multiply my income!

7. Lord, release angels of prosperity to locate me now!

8. My financial heavens, remain perpetually open!

9. From today, I move from lack to abundance!

10. I command the wealth of the wicked to be transferred into my hands!

11. I decree financial expansion in all areas of my life!

12. O Lord, anoint me with the grace for wealth distribution!

13. O Lord, establish me as a kingdom financier!

14. I shall lend to nations and not borrow!

15. I receive wisdom to manage wealth righteously!

16. I receive the spirit of excellence in business and career!

17. O Lord, empower my hands for profitable ventures!

18. Let my financial influence increase for kingdom purpose!

19. I reject every spirit of financial waste and carelessness!

20. Let divine order come into my financial life!
